At the 4 May 2010 session, the Supervisory Council of Bumar Sp. z o.o. conducted positive assessment of the reliability and correctness of the Financial result of Bumar Sp. z o.o  for the period from 1.01 to 31.12.2009, and the Management Report concerning the activity of Bumar Sp. z o.o. in 2009.

The Supervisory Council of Bumar Sp. z o.o. applied to the Assembly of Workers for the acceptance of the Company financial report and the Report of Company management for the year 2009.
