The Personnel office of Bumar Sp. z o.o. continues to promote the Company and the entire Group among students and graduates of higher schools.

After the March meeting at the Military Technical University, which was very popular among students, this time Bumar presented their offer at the University of Warsaw. On 2 April, a meeting with Bumar was attended by students of the University of Warsaw interested in the company as a possible employer. The meeting consisted of 2 parts. In the first part, Sylwia Andrzejczyk, a Recruitment and Development specialist presented the students Company and Group Bumar.

The second part was entirely devoted to team work and was conducted by Marta Markowska, a Recruitment and Development specialist. During the workshops, students had a chance to know the stages of group process, characteristic elements of team work depending on organizational culture and identify team roles.

Andrzej Sroczyński and Paweł Jasiński from the Promotion Department arranged the presentation space. Students were provided with Bumar leaflets. For Bumar, this was the next stage in building a positive image of the company and the entire Group.
