Today, i.e. on September 10, 2008, during the third day of MSPO Fair in Kielce, the Bumar Ltd Co. and Jelcz Komponenty have signed the letter of intent in which both companies declare the will to conclude a contract on cooperation in the field of selling and manufacturing the Jelcz Komponenty products.

The planned contract will assume that the products of Jelcz Komponenty will be offered outside the country through the agency of and with the participation of the Bumar company, whereas Bumar will have exclusive rights for selling the Jelcz Komponenty products and services on all foreign markets, as well as will finance production of goods being sold through its own agency and will point out new possible directions for Jelcz products development.

The intention of the Bumar Ltd Co. is to purchase of shares of the Jelcz Komponenty company.
