On September 8, i.e. during the first day of MSPO 2008 Fair in Kielce, in the presence of the Under Secretaries of State: Zenon Kosiniak - Kamysz (Ministry of National Defence), Krzysztof H. Łaszkiewicz (Ministry of the Treasury), and Dariusz Bogdan (Ministry of Economy) it came to sign a general agreement between Scientific-Industrial Centre of Professional Electronics RADWAR - a member of Bumar Group, and the Military Electronic Works Plc. in Zielonka.

This agreement will cover cooperation in the field of production and carrying out the services, repairs and overhauls, research and development, winning a contracts and marketing.

The cooperation is aimed, among others, at increasing the product range, which can constitute joint offer of both companies, at winning a contracts in order to carry out them jointly, as well as at complementing one another with possessed research and development and production potential.

Both parties of this agreement unanimously agree that such partnership cooperation will bring for them substantial economic advantages and will ensure a consistent growth as well as will result in supplying a modern equipment to the Armed Forces of Republic of Poland, Police and Border Guards.
