On September 4, 2008 a ceremonial opening of new headquarters of the Industrial Optics Centre (PCO) Plc., the company being a member of Bumar Group", took place. Amongst Eminent and Honourable Guests were, among others, Primate of Poland, Cardinal Józef Glemp, the Sejm Marshall Bronisław Komorowski, the Under Secretary of State in the Ministry of National Defence, Zenon Kosiniak-Kamysz, the Under Secretary of State in the Ministry of the Treasury, Krzysztof Hubert, and the Management Board of Bumar Ltd Co. appeared in the persons of the President, Edward E. Nowak, the Vice President, Alicja Indrian, and Vice President, Dariusz Dębowczyk.

In the ceremony also took parts many Members of Parliament, Generals of Polish Army, the representatives of companies co-operating with PCO Plc., as well as press and TV journalists.

New Headquarters and its modern production departments, laboratories and storehouse were presented to invited guests.
