Since the end of 2004 Bumar has taken care of the children from Primary School in Rudenka in Olszanica commune in Bieszczady mountains. Subsidies transferred to them regularly twice a year allow running the action of food sponsoring to children. We renovated and furnished school’s kitchen and we support school’s initiatives and repairs.

Taking under consideration the fact that the school is located in the area of very high unemployment, the sponsored meal is often the only hot meal for them during the day. Once a year we also support Popular Sports Club “Bumar-Rudenka” run at the primary school. The club is incredibly important organisation gathering youth at that area (the only one of that type), which allows engaging youth and children, protecting them against dangers waiting for them, creating a chance for better future and developing patriotism and local integration.

School in Rudenka is the only and the most important object in its cultural and village-integrating meaning. Every year at Christmas time the school is visited by Bumar’s delegation passing the best greeting to the teachers and pupils along with small gifts from the company and having a Christmas supper together.
